Role & Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing product deliveries, including receiving, checking and storing goods according to brand procedures.
- Maintain accurate organisation and replenishment of merchandise in the back-of-house and on the selling floor to support sales performance.
- Plan and execute regular stocktakes and audit cycles to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate stock movements, tagging and labelling, and maintain precise records of inventory transactions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and security protocols in all back-of-house operations.
- Collaborate with sales floor teams and store management to prioritise replenishment and optimise product availability for clients.
- Be available for early start shifts and regular weekend work as required by store operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience within retail operations, stock control or inventory management in a fast-paced, high-profile retail environment.
- Proven experience executing large-scale stocktakes and inventory audits with demonstrable accuracy.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
- Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to manage physical stock movement and deliveries.
- Compliance-first mindset with knowledge of health, safety and store security procedures.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in retail operations or inventory management within a busy, high-end retail environment, including hands-on execution of large-scale stocktakes and audits.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; Certificate III in Retail or equivalent vocational qualification desirable.
