Louis Vuitton seeks a Client Advisor (Mandarin preferred) in Oak Brook, Illinois — full-time role focused on luxury clienteling and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, highly personalised client experiences that reflect the Louis Vuitton brand promise and cultivate long‑term loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, tailored advisory and strategic selling.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge across all categories to provide informed cross‑category recommendations.
- Utilise in‑house clienteling tools and systems to track client preferences, follow up on opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
- Develop and sustain meaningful client relationships through regular outreach, personalised service and well‑timed client invitations.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure a seamless client journey, support visual and operational standards and contribute to store performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional experience in retail or customer‑facing roles; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin strongly desired to serve a diverse, international clientele.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen and a results‑driven, service‑oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with cultural sensitivity and discretion.
- Availability to work on site and to cover a retail schedule including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or other client‑facing roles, with prior exposure to luxury or high‑end service environments preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, fashion, hospitality or a related discipline is an advantage.
