Louis Vuitton is hiring a Part-Time Client Advisor in Oak Brook, IL — on-site luxury sales role focused on clienteling and product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients in accordance with the Louis Vuitton promise to elevate the in-store experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive prospecting, advisory selling and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using in‑house clienteling tools and CRM systems.
- Acquire and demonstrate deep brand and product knowledge across all categories to advise clients accurately.
- Support store operations including merchandising standards, stock management and point-of-sale transactions.
- Participate in mandatory training and product briefings to continuously refine selling techniques and product expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience; prior luxury or high-end retail background preferred.
- Proven commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport rapidly.
- Availability to work on-site in a part-time schedule including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-centric role, ideally within luxury or high-end retail, with demonstrated success achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary studies in retail, business, fashion or a related discipline advantageous.
