Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs and commercial targets with a sales-driven, client-centric approach.
- Deliver outstanding inbound client service across phone, email and digital channels for UK and Nordics markets, providing tailored advice and assistance.
- Build and maintain strong, personalised client relationships by identifying preferences, anticipating needs and recommending relevant products and services.
- Own customer concerns from first contact through resolution, collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift, high-quality outcomes and client retention.
- Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of client information and follow-ups within internal systems and databases.
- Handle complex complaints and difficult interactions with professionalism, preserving the Maison’s service standards.
- Act as an ambassador of Louis Vuitton by embodying the brand’s values and delivering impeccable service in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and fluent in at least one Nordic language: Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for storytelling and consultative selling.
- Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage high-net-worth clientele.
- Highly motivated team player with energy, resilience and a professional demeanour.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless service.
- Reliable time-management and punctuality; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexible availability to work shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays to cover client needs across markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Previous luxury retail or client services experience is a plus; keen interest in luxury fashion and market trends is desirable.
