Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service in accordance with the Louis Vuitton brand promise and store standards.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling across all product categories.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships using in‑house clienteling tools and CRM systems.
  • Acquire and maintain comprehensive product and brand knowledge to advise clients across the full assortment.
  • Contribute to the overall store performance by sharing market feedback and participating in merchandising and client outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of customer‑facing experience; prior luxury or high‑end retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven sales and commercial mindset with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build trust with diverse, international clientele.
  • Comfortable using clienteling tools and retail systems to manage client relationships and follow up.
  • Available to work on‑site with a flexible schedule appropriate for premium retail (weekends, evenings, peak seasonal periods).
