Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences and uphold the Louis Vuitton brand promise at every interaction.
  • Identify client needs and preferences to recommend products and curate tailored services across categories.
  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives through active prospecting, client follow‑up and relationship development.
  • Leverage in‑house clienteling tools and CRM systems to maintain accurate client records and ensure timely personalised outreach.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across all categories and communicate features and heritage with confidence.
  • Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive, high‑energy retail environment and support team initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of customer‑facing retail experience, preferably within a high‑end or luxury environment.
  • Proven sales record with a strategic commercial mindset and ability to meet individual and team targets.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for building long‑term client relationships and high standards of client service.
