Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives whilst remaining accountable for results
- Welcome every client and deliver premium customer service through expert product knowledge and curated guidance
- Identify and understand each client's unique needs to deliver tailored recommendations across the Louis Vuitton collection
- Cultivate long-term client relationships grounded in confidence in brand excellence and services
- Proactively engage clients to drive personal and collective sales performance
- Collaborate effectively as a team member to contribute to overall store objectives
- Acquire and master comprehensive brand heritage and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail or service industry experience
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
