Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that reflects the Louis Vuitton brand values and service standards.
- Proactively identify client needs and convert interest into sales while meeting individual and team targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using in‑house clienteling tools and systems for personalised follow-up.
- Master product knowledge across categories to provide tailored advice and drive commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to maintain a positive, dynamic retail environment and support team objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience, preferably within luxury or high-end retail (or a strong background in a customer-centric environment).
- Demonstrated commercial mindset with a track record of achieving sales objectives and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and retain a diverse clientele.
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt and develop professionally within the luxury retail sector.
- Available to work on-site as part of a part‑time schedule and able to support store requirements.

Education
