Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience by understanding and anticipating client needs and preferences.
- Act as a passionate ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, ensuring every client interaction reflects the Maison's standards of excellence.
- Drive individual and team sales objectives through proactive client engagement and tailored commercial strategies.
- Acquire and maintain deep product knowledge across categories to provide informed, bespoke advice.
- Use in-house clienteling tools and CRM systems to build and sustain long-term client relationships and manage personalised follow-up.
- Collaborate with the store team to contribute to a positive, high-performance retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience; prior experience in high-end or luxury retail strongly preferred (customer-centric backgrounds will be considered).
- Proven commercial and strategic sales mindset with a track record of meeting individual and team targets.
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with a diverse clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and advise clients effectively.
- High motivation to learn, adapt and continuously improve personal and team performance.
- Availability to work on-site in a part-time schedule and flexibility to support store hours and events.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably within the luxury or high-end market; candidates from strong customer-centric environments will also be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 28 per hour.
