Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience by understanding and anticipating clients’ needs and preferences.
- Act as a passionate ambassador of the brand, ensuring every interaction reflects Louis Vuitton’s standards of excellence.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives through proactive client engagement and relationship cultivation.
- Acquire and maintain deep product knowledge across categories to provide informed, bespoke advice.
- Use in‑house clienteling tools and systems to build, nurture and follow up with a portfolio of clients.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to sustain a positive, dynamic and service‑oriented retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ retail experience; prior experience in high‑end or luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Proven sales orientation with a strategic commercial mindset and track record of meeting targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build long‑term relationships with a diverse, international clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a client‑first attitude.
- Motivated to learn and to develop professionally within a luxury retail environment.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably within the luxury or high‑end market; equivalent customer‑centric experience will also be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or a related discipline is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 28 per hour.
