Louis Vuitton in Nanjing seeks a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive sales in boutique retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and team sales targets and take accountability for sales performance.
- Welcome every client and deliver an exceptional, brand-consistent customer experience.
- Advise clients across all product categories—leather goods, ready-to-wear, footwear, accessories, watches and jewellery.
- Develop and cultivate lasting client relationships using clienteling tools and personalised follow-up to build loyalty.
- Contribute as an engaged team member to store initiatives that support overall boutique objectives.
- Continuously learn and demonstrate up-to-date brand and product knowledge.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton grooming, behavioural standards and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Full-time tertiary diploma (associate) or higher.
- Minimum two years' experience in luxury or boutique retail, or other client-facing service roles.
- Prior experience with ready-to-wear, footwear, jewellery or watches is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated proactive sales orientation and refined customer service skills.
- Reliable, diligent and eager to learn with a collaborative team spirit.
- Standard Mandarin required; conversational English is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy.

Experience
At least two years of experience in boutique luxury retail or similar high-end customer service roles; candidates with product experience in apparel, footwear, watches or jewellery will be prioritised.
Education
Full-time tertiary diploma (大专) or higher.
