Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to every client in line with Louis Vuitton standards, ensuring a premium in-store experience.
- Drive and achieve individual and store sales targets; take ownership of personal sales performance.
- Advise clients across all product categories, including ready-to-wear, leather goods, footwear and watches.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and CRM to cultivate loyalty and repeat business.
- Contribute as an engaged team member to activities that support overall store objectives and performance.
- Acquire and maintain up-to-date brand and product knowledge; apply this expertise in client interactions.
- Uphold the brand’s appearance and behavioural standards and comply with company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Full-time college diploma (associate degree) or higher.
- Minimum two years’ experience in luxury or premium retail or other client-facing service roles.
- Prior experience with high-end ready-to-wear, footwear or watches is strongly preferred.
- Proactive sales orientation with developed service and client engagement skills.
- Professional, dependable work ethic with strong teamwork and a willingness to learn.
- Standard Mandarin; conversational English is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy.

Experience
At least two years of experience in boutique or premium retail environments, preferably within luxury fashion or related product categories; demonstrated track record in client service and sales.
Education
Full-time college diploma (associate degree) or above.
