Louis Vuitton Client Advisor position in Milan, Italy. Full-time temporary role requiring 3+ years retail experience and B2 English proficiency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, bearing responsibility for sales results
- Welcome each client and deliver the highest standard of client experience
- Support clients in purchasing across the full Louis Vuitton product portfolio
- Develop enduring client relationships utilizing diverse clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty
- Demonstrate excellence in teamwork and participate in all activities contributing to boutique objectives
- Develop mastery of the Louis Vuitton brand and maintain comprehensive product knowledge
- Uphold the maison's exacting standards of grooming, conduct, and service delivery
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Exceptional clienteling capabilities
- Strong relational and teamworking skills
- Demonstrated passion for the Louis Vuitton brand
- Weekend availability required
- English language proficiency at B2 level minimum
- Prior retail experience
