Louis Vuitton Client Advisor — Milan. Temporary retail role in central Milan requiring 3+ years' retail experience and clientelling expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador to deliver the Louis Vuitton client promise and exceptional in-store experiences.
- Proactively prospect, engage and follow up with clients using clientelling tools to develop long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through personalised service and by supporting customers across the full product range.
- Provide expert product knowledge in fashion and leather goods and advise clients on selections and purchases.
- Contribute fully to team activities and boutique operations that drive store performance.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton standards of presentation, behaviour and client care at all times.
- Comply with company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in retail, ideally within luxury or premium fashion.
- Proven clientelling and sales track record with the ability to meet individual targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and a commercial mindset.
- Availability to work weekends and peak retail hours.
- Fluent English at B2 level; additional languages are an advantage.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and comfort using retail IT systems.

Minimum three years’ experience in retail, with demonstrated success in client development, sales achievement and personalised luxury service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, luxury retail or business is a plus.
