Louis Vuitton Client Advisor position in Mexico City; bilingual (Spanish/English), customer service excellence, hybrid work.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle a complete range of calls and written communications including product inquiries, sales support, store services coordination, location information, after-sales support, and policy clarification
  • Maintain exemplary customer service standards by demonstrating proficiency in phone quality, complaint resolution, product knowledge, and store relations in alignment with Louis Vuitton service etiquette and selling ceremony
  • Address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring effective resolution and de-escalation
  • Adhere rigorously to department and company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Maintain current knowledge of all product, company, and departmental initiatives and information
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the effective use of proprietary systems including Salesforce, multiple Icon versions, product catalogs, internal logistics tools, and up to 14 simultaneous platforms
  • Build and maintain a strong client base to enhance relationships, foster brand loyalty, and drive repeat business
  • Document 100% of client interactions within the CRM system to track inquiry types, feedback, advertising impact, and customer concerns
  • Participate actively in departmental training programs and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, verbally and in written form
  • Minimum 3 years of professional customer service experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and maintain high-performance levels in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively with a solution-oriented and detail-focused approach

Experience
