Louis Vuitton is hiring a Client Advisor in Mexico City — bilingual (ES/EN) role delivering exceptional luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering impeccable, personalised service that reflects the Louis Vuitton promise.
- Identify client needs and curate tailored in‑store experiences to build long‑term relationships and lifetime value.
- Maintain and develop client relationships using in‑house Clienteling tools and systems to ensure ongoing engagement and follow‑up.
- Drive sales through expert product knowledge of Fashion & Leather Goods and a strategic commercial mindset.
- Support boutique operations, including visual merchandising standards, stock management and after‑sales service.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve commercial objectives and contribute to a high‑performance retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of customer‑facing experience, preferably in retail and ideally within the luxury/high‑end market.
- Proven sales orientation with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Professional demeanour, cultural sensitivity and the ability to operate discreetly with high‑net‑worth clientele.
- Willingness to learn, adapt and participate in brand training and development programmes.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of customer‑facing experience, preferably in luxury or high‑end retail, with a proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail management, business or a related discipline is advantageous.
