Louis Vuitton — Client Advisor (Seasonal) in Mexico City. Temporary, on-site role delivering personalised luxury client experiences. Bilingual Spanish/English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand on the sales floor, delivering exemplary, personalised service that reflects Louis Vuitton’s standards and values.
- Identify client needs through active listening and tailored discovery; propose products and services that anticipate and exceed client expectations.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and CRM systems to maximise repeat business and lifetime value.
- Drive and achieve individual and store sales targets through a strategic sales and commercial mindset.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across categories and translate brand heritage into meaningful client experiences.
- Ensure boutique presentation, visual merchandising and service standards are consistently upheld.
- Participate in ongoing training, product briefings and store meetings to continuously elevate personal and team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of client-facing retail or sales experience; experience in high-end or luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-centric environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a genuine aptitude for relationship building and personalised advisory.
- Availability to work on-site with flexible hours required for a seasonal/temporary assignment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of client-facing retail or sales experience, preferably within the luxury or high-end retail sector; demonstrable success in developing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; tertiary qualification in business, fashion, luxury brand management or hospitality is a plus.
