Louis Vuitton is hiring a Client Advisor in Melbourne, Australia — full-time, permanent role delivering personalised luxury service in the Crown boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver highly personalised, memorable client experiences that reflect Louis Vuitton’s standards of service and craftsmanship.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Act as a brand ambassador by communicating product history, materials and design details to enrich the client experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and targeted business generation.
- Collaborate with the boutique team to maintain a refined presentation of stock, merchandising and the sales floor.
- Contribute to store operations including client appointments, stock management and adherence to merchandising and visual standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality or client-facing sales roles.
- Demonstrable clienteling and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of meeting KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication; impeccable personal presentation.
- Goal-oriented, resilient and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced boutique environment.
- Strong team orientation with the capacity to collaborate across functions and support collective targets.
- Multilingual ability and digital literacy are advantageous but not mandatory.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of proven retail or client-facing experience, preferably within luxury fashion, premium hospitality or high-end sales environments, demonstrating sustained achievement against sales targets and excellent client service.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; tertiary study in fashion, retail, business or hospitality is advantageous.
