Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver highly personalised, memorable client experiences that reflect the Louis Vuitton brand and exceed individual client expectations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador: present product stories and maison heritage with confidence and authenticity.
  • Cultivate and manage long-term client relationships using clienteling techniques to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Achieve and contribute to store sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the store team to maintain luxury visual and service standards and ensure seamless in-store operations.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centred mindset.
  • Professional presentation and strong personal organisation; resilient and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
