Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and performance targets
- Master and articulate comprehensive brand and product knowledge across all Louis Vuitton categories
- Provide consultative advice and personalized styling recommendations to clients
- Leverage in-house clienteling systems and tools to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences that reinforce brand positioning and promise
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or high-end retail
- Demonstrated excellence in customer-centric selling and relationship building
- Strong understanding of luxury retail environment and clientele expectations
- Ability to master and communicate complex product information effectively
- Strategic sales acumen with a commercial mindset
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or high-end market environments. Candidates with strong backgrounds in customer-centric service roles outside luxury retail will also be considered, provided they demonstrate the requisite strategic sales capabilities and relationship-building acumen.
