Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals
- Advise clients comprehensively across the brand and all product categories
- Leverage clienteling tools and systems to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge in assigned categories
- Drive category business growth in-store (Women's Ready-to-Wear, Fine Jewelry, Exotics, or Hardsided)
- Conduct and deliver product training and coordinate new product launches
- Develop and nurture high-value client portfolios
- Embody the Louis Vuitton Promise in every client interaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail or luxury sales experience
- Demonstrated excellence in client relationship management
- Strong product knowledge and ability to master complex category assortments
- Excellent storytelling and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to foster positive, enduring client relationships
- Outstanding commercial acumen and analytical capability
- Passion for luxury brands and the Louis Vuitton heritage

Experience
