Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized service and create memorable client experiences consistent with the Louis Vuitton promise.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives through proactive prospecting, closing and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and CRM systems.
- Attain and maintain deep product and brand knowledge across all categories to advise clients effectively.
- Collaborate with the store team to support merchandising, stock management and store presentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail or client-facing roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven sales orientation with a strong commercial mindset and track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment and to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Minimum three years of retail or client-facing experience; prior exposure to high-end or luxury retail is strongly preferred but candidates with a strong customer-centric background will be considered.
Education
