Louis Vuitton is hiring a Client Advisor at Tysons Galleria, McLean, VA — Full-time role delivering luxury clienteling, sales and personalised service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and contribute to store commercial performance.
- Learn and master Louis Vuitton brand and product knowledge across all categories.
- Provide consultative, client-focused advice and personalised shopping experiences to a diverse, international clientele.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and systems.
- Use company systems to record client interactions, preferences and follow-ups in support of client retention.
- Represent the Maison at client events and support store opening and merchandising initiatives as required.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton presentation and service standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience; retail experience preferred, ideally within a high-end or luxury environment.
- Demonstrable consultative selling ability with a strategic commercial mindset and a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and discretion when dealing with high-net-worth clients.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at Tysons Galleria, McLean (including retail hours and peak periods).
- Fluency in additional languages is an advantage (not required unless specified).
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of customer-facing experience; prior retail experience is preferred, with candidates who have worked in luxury or high-end environments regarded favorably.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, fashion, retail or a related field is a plus.
