Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively welcome and engage clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that embodies the Louis Vuitton brand experience
- Build strong client relationships through personalized interactions, understanding client needs and anticipating desires
- Master comprehensive product knowledge across all categories (leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories, watches, and fine jewelry) to confidently present features, benefits, and brand heritage
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies
- Maintain a pristine and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are beautifully presented
- Utilize CRM tools to capture client information, preferences, and purchase history for relationship nurturing
- Proactively follow up with clients through various channels (phone, email, in-store appointments) to drive repeat business
- Host and participate in client events to develop a strong network of loyal clients
- Embody the Louis Vuitton brand image through impeccable presentation and passion for luxury
