Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, memorable client experiences in line with Louis Vuitton standards; welcome and advise clients across all product categories.
- Drive and achieve individual and store sales objectives; be accountable for targets and sales results.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and use of clienteling tools to foster loyalty.
- Participate as an engaged team member in all store activities that contribute to overall objectives and visual/brand standards.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth brand and product knowledge; exhibit exemplary grooming and professional behaviour.
- Comply with company policies, procedures and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing commercial roles.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an asset.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week), including weekends and public holidays during the summer season.
- Right to work in Spain.

Education
No formal degree required; vocational or higher studies in sales, marketing or tourism are valued but optional.
