Louis Vuitton seeks a Temporary Client Advisor in Madrid for the summer season to deliver personalised luxury client experiences and achieve sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized, memorable luxury client experience in accordance with Louis Vuitton standards.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and be accountable for sales results and conversion.
- Welcome and advise clients across all product categories, providing expert product knowledge and styling guidance.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships using clienteling methods and the store’s relationship tools.
- Contribute to team activities that support overall store performance and participate in store merchandising and visual standards.
- Adhere to grooming, comportment and operational policies set by the Maison.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional experience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an asset.
- Availability to work full time (40 hours/week), including weekends.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or luxury is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Professional studies in sales, marketing or tourism are valued but not required.
