Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives while maintaining accountability for sales results
- Welcome every client and deliver the highest standard of client experience
- Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships using clienteling tools and techniques to foster brand loyalty
- Perform as a team-player and participate in all activities contributing to the overall store objectives
- Learn and master brand and product knowledge to advise clients effectively
- Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards with regard to personal grooming and professional behavior
- Comply with company policies and procedures
Qualifications

Experience
Entry-level retail experience or equivalent demonstrable passion for luxury fashion and client service is acceptable. Beginner-level candidates with strong interpersonal and commercial aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further education in retail, hospitality, or business is advantageous but not required.
