Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives; be accountable for delivering sales results.
  • Welcome every client and deliver an exceptional, bespoke client experience aligned with Louis Vuitton standards.
  • Proactively engage and reach out to clients to develop long-term relationships and foster brand loyalty.
  • Leverage clienteling tools and CRM to identify opportunities, track client preferences, and personalise outreach.
  • Learn, master and communicate brand and product knowledge to support client buying decisions.
  • Adhere to brand grooming, behavioural standards and the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate as a team player and participate in store activities that contribute to overall objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion.
  • Strong commercial and proactive mindset with proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; polished professional demeanour.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organised and reliable; strong team orientation.
  • Fluent English and French; proficiency in Luxembourgish and/or German is an advantage.
