Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand ambassador, ensuring every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise
- Discover client needs and tailor their in-store experience to elevate brand impression
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through the use of in-house clienteling tools and systems
- Drive personal and team performance through a customer-centric and commercial mindset
- Deliver exceptional verbal and written communication in both Spanish and English
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury market
- Strong track record working in a customer-centric environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
- Self-driven and curious nature with a passion for creating memorable client experiences
- Strategic sales and commercial mindset with ability to form meaningful relationships across diverse client bases

Experience
