Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively welcome and engage clients, fostering a warm and inviting retail atmosphere while understanding their individual needs and desires
- Master comprehensive product knowledge across all Louis Vuitton categories—leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories, watches, and jewelry—to confidently present features, benefits, and brand heritage
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies while maintaining a pristine, visually compelling sales floor
- Utilize CRM tools to capture client information, preferences, and purchase history; proactively follow up through phone, email, and in-store appointments to nurture relationships and drive repeat business
- Host and participate in client events to develop a strong network of loyal, high-value customers
- Embody the Louis Vuitton brand image through impeccable presentation and professionalism; maintain awareness of current fashion trends, luxury market insights, and competitor activities
- Mentor new team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including sales protocols, inventory management, and security; process transactions accurately and efficiently; assist with inventory receiving, transfers, and stock management as required
