Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively welcome and engage clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that encourages exploration and connection
  • Build strong client relationships through personalized interactions, understanding individual needs and anticipating desires
  • Master product knowledge across all categories including leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories, and fine jewelry to confidently present features and brand heritage
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies
  • Maintain pristine visual presentation of the sales floor, ensuring all products are beautifully displayed
  • Utilize CRM tools to capture client information, preferences, and purchase history for relationship management
  • Conduct proactive client follow-ups via multiple channels to nurture relationships and drive repeat business
  • Host and participate in client events to develop a strong network of loyal, high-value clients
