Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively welcome and engage clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that encourages exploration and connection
- Build strong client relationships through personalized interactions, understanding individual needs and anticipating desires
- Master product knowledge across all categories including leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories, and fine jewelry to confidently present features and brand heritage
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies
- Maintain pristine visual presentation of the sales floor, ensuring all products are beautifully displayed
- Utilize CRM tools to capture client information, preferences, and purchase history for relationship management
- Conduct proactive client follow-ups via multiple channels to nurture relationships and drive repeat business
- Host and participate in client events to develop a strong network of loyal, high-value clients
- Embody the Louis Vuitton brand image through impeccable presentation, professionalism, and authentic passion for luxury
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, luxury market insights, and competitor activities
