Louis Vuitton seeks a Client Advisor in London (Heathrow) — full-time, on-site role delivering personalised luxury client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively welcome and engage clients to create a warm, personalized in-store experience.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through tailored service, follow-ups and in-store appointments.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective cross-selling and upselling.
- Demonstrate and maintain deep product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories and other categories.
- Use CRM tools to capture client data, preferences and purchase history and to nurture repeat business.
- Host and participate in client events to expand and strengthen a loyal client network.
- Maintain a pristine sales floor and ensure products are presented according to visual merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately, assist with inventory receiving, transfers and stock management, and follow security procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience; previous luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse and international clientele.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for luxury fashion, art and culture; multilingual capability is an advantage.

Experience
Minimum three years of retail experience, with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets; two-plus years in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) is expected; formal retail or luxury training is advantageous.
