Louis Vuitton is hiring a Client Advisor in London to deliver bespoke client experiences and grow long-term relationships in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering personalised, boutique-level service and representing Louis Vuitton’s standards at every client touchpoint.
- Proactively discover client needs and profile clients to create bespoke shopping experiences and long-term relationships.
- Drive commercial performance through targeted selling, upselling and cross-selling of the Maison’s products.
- Manage and grow client portfolios using in-house clienteling tools and CRM systems; ensure accurate client records and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets, maintain merchandising standards and ensure a consistently elevated retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury retail, client-facing sales or an intensive customer service environment.
- Demonstrable commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and the ability to engage an international high-net-worth clientele.
- Self-driven, curious and adaptable with a commitment to continuous personal development within luxury retail.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in luxury retail or client-facing sales roles, with proven ability to build and maintain a high-value client portfolio.
Education
Secondary education (e.g., high school diploma) required; tertiary studies in fashion, luxury retail or business are advantageous.
