Role & Responsibilities
- Drive individual and store sales targets through proactive client outreach and personalised service.
- Welcome and advise clients across the brand’s full product offering, delivering an exceptional luxury experience.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and CRM to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Act as a brand ambassador by mastering product knowledge, brand values and presentation standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in luxury retail, premium fashion or high-end sales.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building loyal client portfolios.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills with the capacity to advise across multiple product categories.
- Impeccable personal presentation and a clear understanding of luxury service standards.
- Flexible availability to work on-site in a boutique environment, including weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
Minimum 3 years in luxury retail or premium fashion sales with demonstrable sales results and client development experience.
Education
High school diploma; tertiary education in fashion, retail or business is a plus.
