Louis Vuitton in Lausanne seeks a Client Advisor (one-year contract, full-time) fluent in French and English to deliver personalised luxury client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison: welcome, guide and build long-term relationships with clients to deliver personalised, memorable luxury experiences.
- Conduct consultative sales interactions to meet individual client needs, achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Develop client dossiers and execute clienteling activities to cultivate repeat business and high-value relationships.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across the Maison’s universes; proactively present and upsell relevant merchandise (watch expertise is highly valued).
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain a refined brand environment, ensure visual presentation standards and support store operations, including weekend availability.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail or hospitality is required; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with empathy, curiosity and an advisory mindset.
- Availability to start a one-year fixed-term contract (CDD) and work full-time (100%), including Saturdays.

Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training in luxury retail or hospitality advantageous.
