Louis Vuitton seeks a customer-focused Client Advisor for its full-time, permanent role at the Wynn flagship in Las Vegas. The advisor develops client relationships, provides cross-category product guidance, and achieves individual and team sales goals; the offered hourly rate is USD 24–27, plus commission opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals.
- Learn and master Louis Vuitton brand and product knowledge.
- Advise clients across the brand and all product categories.
- Use clienteling tools to develop long-term client relationships.
- Discover clients’ needs and tailor their in-store experience to elevate their impression of the brand.
- Build lasting client relationships and maintain them using in-house clienteling tools and systems.
Qualifications
- Ambitious, curious, and customer-focused, with a passion for creating memorable experiences for a diverse clientele.
- Strategic sales and commercial mindset, with a willingness to learn and a talent for forming meaningful client relationships.
- At least 3 years of experience; previous retail experience is preferred, ideally in a high-end or luxury market, though experience in a customer-centric environment will also be considered.
- Eager to use creativity and skills to contribute to the brand’s continued success and heritage.
