Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals
- Master brand and product knowledge across all Louis Vuitton categories
- Provide personalized advisory and product guidance across all brand and product categories
- Leverage clienteling tools and in-house systems to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Tailor client experiences to elevate brand perception and drive customer loyalty
- Operate as a strategic personal advisor to clients within a fast-paced luxury retail environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or high-end market
- Strong customer-centric mindset and proven ability to form meaningful relationships
