Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs and preferences across all product categories
- Represent the Louis Vuitton brand with passion and enthusiasm, ensuring every client interaction reflects brand values and commitment to excellence
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives through effective client engagement, relationship building, and strategic commercial acumen
- Master brand and product knowledge across all categories to provide informed and personalized advice to clients
- Leverage clienteling tools and in-house systems to develop long-term client relationships and ensure personalized follow-up and engagement
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and dynamic store environment
