Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Deliver personalised service by identifying client needs and tailoring experiences across all product categories.
- Master and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Brand, collections and product craftsmanship.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and systems.
- Record and manage client interactions in CRM/clienteling systems to ensure exceptional after-sales service and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of client-facing or retail experience; previous luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and a commercial mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate high-net-worth relationships.
- Professional presentation and strong organisational skills.
