Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clientele and embody the Louis Vuitton brand promise in every interaction.
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives through proactive selling, upselling and conversion of walk‑in and appointment clients.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships using in‑house clienteling tools and CRM systems to ensure repeat business and client loyalty.
- Acquire and maintain deep product and category knowledge across the brand to advise clients across all product families.
- Collaborate with the store team to support merchandising, inventory integrity and a refined in‑store presentation.
- Participate in training, store events and promotional activities to drive traffic and elevate the client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer‑facing sales experience; experience in luxury or high‑end retail preferred.
- Proven commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
- Comfortable using clienteling tools and retail systems; quick to learn proprietary platforms.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and peak shopping periods.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of customer‑facing sales experience; prior luxury retail experience preferred but candidates with strong high‑service, customer‑centric backgrounds will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail, fashion, business or related disciplines is a plus.
