Louis Vuitton is hiring a Full-Time Client Advisor in Las Vegas (Palazzo) — hourly $22–$24 plus commission and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to cultivate long-term relationships with a diverse, international clientele.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive client engagement.
- Master product and brand knowledge across all categories to provide authoritative advice and cross-category recommendations.
- Leverage in-house clienteling tools and CRM systems to track relationships, follow up on leads and drive repeat business.
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards to reflect the maison’s image and enhance the client experience.
- Support daily store operations including sales transactions, stock replenishment and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in training, coaching and team initiatives to continuously improve personal and collective performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of client-facing retail or sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong commercial mindset with aptitude for consultative selling and relationship development.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; culturally sensitive and polished manner.
- Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of client-facing retail or customer service experience, preferably within high-end or luxury retail environments with demonstrable sales results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, fashion, luxury retail or a related discipline is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 24 per hour.
