Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, memorable service to clients in keeping with the Louis Vuitton promise and the Caesars Men's boutique positioning.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Become an authoritative source of brand and product knowledge across categories to advise clients effectively.
  • Develop and sustain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and CRM systems.
  • Maintain boutique standards on the selling floor, assist with merchandising and support store operations as required.
  • Participate in brand and product trainings and collaborate with colleagues to share best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of client-facing or retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated commercial mindset with a proven ability to meet sales objectives and convert opportunities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver discreet, personalised service.
  • Professional presentation, strong communication skills and comfort using clienteling/CRM systems.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and peak retail hours as required by a part-time retail schedule.

Experience

Minimum three years of client-facing or retail experience, preferably within a high‑end or luxury retail environment.
