Louis Vuitton seeks a curious, customer-focused Client Advisor to deliver tailored luxury experiences, advise clients across product categories, meet sales goals, and develop lasting relationships using clienteling tools. This is a permanent, part-time, on-site role at Whalers Village in Lahaina, with an hourly rate of USD 23–27 plus commission opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals.
- Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
- Advise clients across the brand and all product categories.
- Use clienteling tools to develop long-term relationships.
- Discover clients’ needs and tailor their in-store experience to elevate their impression of the brand.
- Build lasting client relationships through in-house clienteling tools and systems.
- Drive and improve personal and team performance.
Qualifications
- Highly motivated, curious, and customer-focused, with a passion for creating memorable experiences for a diverse, worldly clientele.
- Strategic sales and commercial mindset, willingness to learn, and an aptitude for forming meaningful client relationships.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury market; candidates with a strong customer-centric background will also be considered.
