Louis Vuitton Client Advisor position in Kuala Lumpur. Full-time luxury retail role requiring 3+ years experience, exceptional communication skills, and passion for heritage craftsmanship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Utilize client information, preferences, and purchasing history to tailor recommendations and enhance the shopping experience
- Proactively engage with clients through multiple communication channels, including in-store visits, phone calls, and digital platforms
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store product offerings and provide expert guidance during client shopping experiences
- Achieve sales targets and contribute actively to store business objectives
- Regularly input and update customer information in the CRM system to track interactions, preferences, and purchase history
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through memorable storytelling about the Maison's heritage and savoir-faire
- Create desire for the brand by demonstrating empathy and passion aligned with the Maison's selling philosophy
- Ensure aftercare service protocols are followed and client issues are resolved elegantly
- Collaborate with fellow Client Advisors and store management to share client insights and best practices
- Contribute to maintaining a well-organized, visually appealing store environment
- Embody LVMH culture and serve as an ambassador of LVMH values
- Apply all compliance regulations and guidelines concerning client data and store operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Minimum 6 months commitment to the role
- Previous experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or client-focused roles (preferred)
- Strong clientelling skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs in a retail environment
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Multilingual abilities (preferred)
- Digital proficiency and comfort with CRM systems

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in high-end retail, luxury hospitality, or client-focused service roles. Demonstrated success in building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences is essential.
Education
