Louis Vuitton seeks a Client Advisor in Kuala Lumpur to deliver personalised luxury service, drive sales and build client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain personalised relationships with clients to foster loyalty, repeat business and lifetime value.
- Deliver compelling brand storytelling and product expertise to create desire and guide clients through considered purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, clientelling and follow-up, recording interactions in the CRM.
- Ensure exemplary client experience across all touchpoints, including aftercare and issue resolution, in line with Maison standards.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and management to share client insights, contribute to visual merchandising and support daily operations.
- Apply data protection and compliance guidelines when managing client information and store processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of client-facing sales experience, preferably within luxury retail, hospitality or high-end services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPI-driven sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage a diverse, discerning clientele.
- Professional presentation, resilience under pressure and a collaborative mindset.
- Availability for a minimum six-month commitment, five days per week including weekend shifts and public holidays as required.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive, client-facing sales experience; prior experience in luxury retail or hospitality is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; post-secondary studies in retail, business, hospitality or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
