Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and product expertise across assigned product categories
- Build and maintain meaningful client relationships through personalized consultations and recommendations
- Drive sales performance whilst maintaining the maison's standards of luxury retail excellence
- Support the visual merchandising and in-store experience initiatives
- Participate in client engagement events and brand activation activities at the destination
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail or client-facing experience
- Demonstrated passion for luxury brands and exceptional service standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative team environment
- Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin Chinese preferred)
