Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the brand, delivering the Louis Vuitton Promise and a consistently exceptional client experience.
- Proactively identify, contact and develop client relationships across product categories to grow individual and store sales.
- Advise clients on the full range of the brand’s offering, demonstrating deep product and brand knowledge.
- Use clienteling tools and CRM to nurture long-term loyalty and track client activity and preferences.
- Contribute to store objectives as a collaborative team member and participate in store initiatives and events.
- Take ownership for personal sales targets and accountability for achieving individual and team results.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of client-facing experience in retail or a service-oriented industry, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods.
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric, proactive selling approach.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and ability to perform under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and to support collective store goals.
- Passion for the brand, fashion and luxury retail.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of client-facing retail or service experience; experience in luxury fashion, leather goods or high-end retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in retail, fashion, business or a related field is a plus.
