Louis Vuitton Client Advisor position in Knokke, Belgium - Part-time luxury retail role requiring Dutch/English fluency and 3+ years experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives whilst maintaining accountability for sales results
- Welcome every client and deliver the best in-store experience aligned with Louis Vuitton standards
- Advise clients across the full brand range and all product categories
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through strategic use of clienteling tools and systems
- Contribute as an engaged team player to all store activities supporting overall boutique objectives
- Master and continuously develop brand knowledge and product expertise
- Uphold Louis Vuitton standards of grooming, appearance, and professional behaviour
- Comply with all company policies and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, clienteling, or brand advisory roles
- Fluent in Dutch and English (essential)
- Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and commitment to luxury client service
- Commercial mindset with strong sales acumen
- Professional demeanor and personal responsibility
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, brand advisory, or clienteling roles, preferably within a premium fashion or leather goods environment. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building sustainable client relationships.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further training or certification in luxury retail, client services, or brand ambassador programmes is advantageous but not mandatory.
