Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and store sales objectives, taking accountability for personal performance and contribution to team targets
- Welcome and deliver a refined client experience consistent with the Louis Vuitton promise at every touchpoint
- Advise clients across the full product offering within Fashion & Leather Goods, ensuring informed recommendations and cross-category selling
- Proactively engage and grow client relationships through outreach and the use of clienteling tools to foster loyalty
- Act as a collaborative team player, participating in store initiatives that support overall commercial objectives
- Acquire and maintain deep brand and product knowledge to inform client conversations and enhance conversion
- Uphold Louis Vuitton grooming and behavioural standards and comply with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury retail or premium sales with a proven commercial track record
- Demonstrable passion for the brand and a commitment to exceptional client service
- Commercial mindset with strong ownership and responsibility for results
- Professional demeanour and presentation consistent with luxury retail standards
- Strong command of English plus fluency in Dutch or French

Experience
At least 3 years of frontline experience in luxury or high-end retail sales, with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and cultivate long-term client relationships.
