Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively welcome and engage clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that reflects the Louis Vuitton brand ethos
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized interactions, understanding needs and anticipating desires
  • Develop and demonstrate mastery of product knowledge across all categories—leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories, watches, and fine jewelry—confidently presenting features, benefits, and brand heritage
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively cross-selling and up-selling premium collections
  • Maintain a pristine and visually appealing sales floor with beautifully presented merchandise
  • Utilize CRM tools to capture client information, preferences, and purchase history for relationship nurturing
  • Proactively follow up with clients via phone, email, and in-store appointments to drive repeat business
  • Host and participate in client events to develop a strong network of loyal patrons
  • Embody the Louis Vuitton brand image through impeccable presentation and professionalism
