Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively welcome and engage clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that reflects the Louis Vuitton brand ethos
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized interactions, understanding needs and anticipating desires
- Develop and demonstrate mastery of product knowledge across all categories—leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories, watches, and fine jewelry—confidently presenting features, benefits, and brand heritage
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively cross-selling and up-selling premium collections
- Maintain a pristine and visually appealing sales floor with beautifully presented merchandise
- Utilize CRM tools to capture client information, preferences, and purchase history for relationship nurturing
- Proactively follow up with clients via phone, email, and in-store appointments to drive repeat business
- Host and participate in client events to develop a strong network of loyal patrons
- Embody the Louis Vuitton brand image through impeccable presentation and professionalism
- Maintain awareness of current fashion trends, luxury market insights, and competitor activities
- Serve as a role model for team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment
- Adhere to company policies regarding sales transactions, inventory management, and security protocols
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory receiving, transfers, and stock management as required

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets consistently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele
- A genuine passion for luxury fashion, art, and culture
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred)
